Who Ian is

Ian Meiselman is a Finance student at the University of South Florida with a concentration in commercial real estate. Raised in Florida, he had early exposure to property ownership and hands-on work in construction and operations. He purchased his first property at 19 and managed it independently, building a foundation in acquisitions and an understanding of pricing, risk, and long-term value.

He currently serves as Vice President of the USF Real Estate Society, coordinating industry events and connecting students with professionals in the field. His academic work focuses on larger assets, complex capital structures, and investment decision-making.

His focus is on identifying, evaluating, and securing acquisitions. He continues to build his track record through academic work and hands-on analysis, with an emphasis on understanding pricing, risk, and long-term value.
